The majority of the Psalms are lamentations much to the dismay of the always-be-positive New Age influenced immature believers in God’s church today. After the Philistines seized him in Gath, David penned this song, Psalm 56, as an individual lament…boy, can I relate…maybe you too. Towards the end, he declares: In God, whose word I praise, in the LORD, whose word I praise, in God I have put my trust, I shall not be afraid. What can man do to me? The Word of God. He praised It.
