WHAT IS HELL? [AT THE BATTLE FRONT 93]

Saints and those seeking the true God, When this piece was sent to me, it took my breath away…it’s the best and most frightening piece I’ve read on this eternal  theme of God the Father. We owe brother Edward Donnelly of Belfast Ireland a great favor-debt-grace for this work. May it be read and promoted far and wide as a declaration of the part of God that most of us refuse to confront. Our Master and Lord Jesus spoke quite a bit about hell during His earthly ministry. He also spoke afterwards, warning of it after His resurrection. We’d do well to pay attention. In His church there are those who say there is no hell, those who say pagans are extinguished into nothingness, and those who firmly believe that hell is a real place with real souls, with eternal retribution. We here are of the 3rd camp – hell [...]

THE FATAL COMPROMISE: IS ALL THE OPPOSITION WORTH IT? [AT THE BATTLE FRONT 91]

Dear ones, It was a real moment from God – and I was really down, depressed I fear. You who are on point in full pursuit of the Savior know exactly what I mean. This outstanding piece arrived in the nick of Holy Spirit time, and I was revived…once again. God knows. He knows, dear saints. And He’s getting us ready for the great tribulation to come. We must clearly remember that the “church” of the day killed Jesus. They absolutely hated Him. And how did He say they would treat us? Like the old gospel song, “just a few more days to labor, and wait.” Amen? Enjoy brother Rick’s exhortation…and pick up His banner once again. We press on for the upward call of God.   The Fatal Compromise: Is Following Hard Really Worth All the Opposition? – by Rick Furmanek. If you follow Jesus for any length of [...]

THEN YOU WILL ENTER INTO REST [FRIDAY FIRE 73]

In the extraordinary book of Daniel we see our brother serving God in a foreign land, stolen away as a young teen of perhaps 15 and serving at least 63 years. Read that? 63 years. Count the years if you will. 1. 2. 3. He never returned to Israel, his home land. How would we like to spend over half a century in Iraq? He was at least 80 when he went into the lion’s den to be maimed and torn limb from limb. The king who worried over him that night was likely young enough to be Daniel’s son, and looked up to Daniel as a father figure. Amazing perseverance. No mention of a wife, for many think he was castrated and made a eunuch. Hear that men? Castrated as a teenager when his hormones were at their absolute peak…remember those days, men?….no sexual pleasure…your entire life. I can’t [...]
