Holiness…what comes to your mind when you hear this doctrine of God?
The loftiness of God? The sin-no-more practice of the believer? Or only the former? Holiness is a separation from the ordinary and the mundane. If any thing separates little Christs (Christians) from the world’s ways, it’s being holy in all our behavior.
“Without holiness no man shall see the Lord” (Hebrews 12:14)
Let’s walk worthy of God our Lord in all ways. Let’s learn…and practice…the only evidence of our abiding love for Him. Does He deserve any less from His loyal subjects? And those who claim to be His friends?
