Dear brother and sister,
Our Lord has uniquely designed every human being with one-of-a-kind fingerprints and DNA. We are all made in His “image.” No one will ever be the same as you or I. Even snowflakes are unique…trillions and trillions of them.
But…there are similarities in personality types…our “personhood.” This is the same concept as spiritual gifts given from the Almighty. There are apostles, prophets, evangelists, teachers, pastors, etc. in His kingdom. They are all similar, yet unique.
In my work as a business consultant and ministry leader, I have often used this truth to help preserve unity with those who must work together to achieve some common goal. If God commands us to all agree, as least as believers, then He will provide us with the grace and wisdom to do so.
Now, one of the most helpful systems of personality description is the 16 personality method. You may have run into this through the well-known Myers-Briggs classification.
We have found a company that has almost seemed to perfect this discovery with the uncanny knack of accurate description. This excellent company is located in London and called 16 Personalities. You may also take their free test here. It literally only takes about 12 minutes!
All 16 personalities in their method are divided into four distinct groups (Analysts, Diplomats, Sentinels & Explorers) with four personalities in each group.
